The Newer Actor Spawner 2020 v1.0

Made this for San Andreas.

This NPCs you can spawn and create a war zone. Alot of npcs just walks around places and search for enemies.

When npcs are killed, dead bodies will despawn automatically plus and can despawn all the npcs by pressing ~ + [ + ] without able to despawn by the same key again. These are brackets [ ] this ~ is right beside 1.

Big Smoke and fake CJ were included too.
