Peds Don't Run Away

Tired of peds running away when you punch them? well no more.

Just put the pedstats.dat into your gta data folder and attack a ped and they will try to kill you or their car and they will get out and try to kill you. peds will also attack eachother if you get 1 to hit another ped when one is chasing you.
