This animation mod is most likely the best animation mod out there for San Andreas. All of the animations blend well together and do not have the weird bugs other animations have. All of these also work with the First Person mod in fact, I recommend you that you use this mod with the First Person v3 mod.
There are extra physics and other features in this mod like sprinting with heavy weapons. However, some of the features require CLEO and if you don't want to install CLEO then just add the files to GTA3.img and paste the anim folder in your game. Read the text file in the archive for further instructions. The credits to the original authors of the animations that I also used are in the archive too.
