Requirments :
Android Phone (Rooted or Not)
At least 1GB Free Internal Space
CLEO Gold (CLEO SA if you don't have)
Text Editor (I recommend ES File Explorer)
Archive Tool (I recommend RAR)
TXD Tool
IMG Tool

Note : If you don't have a Rooted Phone, then download a CLEO-Supported Version of the Game. I don't know if this mod will work in iPhones but feel free to try it. Also, make a back-up of the files we will be using just to make sure if sometihing went wrong.

Installation :

1.) Extract The Files
Open your downloaded Archive Tool and extract the following from the two obb files in your GTA : San Andreas obb directory (I assume you have knowledge about locating and extracting) :
A.) gta3.img
B.) txd (It is a Folder)
C.) handling.cfg
D.) vehicles.ide
After extracting, move the files to any location you want but make sure you remember where you move it.

2.) Ghost Rider's Suit
Note : Choose only one between Johnny Blaze's and Robbie Reyes's Ghost Rider version.
Open the IMG Tool and locate the extracted "gta3.img" then add the "ELQS.dff" file located in {Suit & Hellcycle / Ghost Rider's Suit / Ghost Rider Model} folder. Don't forget to rebuild the Archive!
Open the TXD Tool and locate the extracted "txd" folder. After opening it you will see the "txd.txt" file, open it then Add the .bmp files with "Without Alpha" option selected, located in {Ghost Rider Suit / Textures (Without Alpha)} folder.

3.) Ghost Rider's Hellcycle
Open the IMG Tool and locate the extracted "gta3.img" then find and replace the "freeway.dff" with the file located in {Suit & Hellcycle / Hellcycle / Hellcycle Model} folder. Don't forget to rebuild the Archive!
Open the TXD Tool and locate the extracted "txd" folder. After opening it you will see the "txd.txt" file, open it then Add the .bmp files with "Without Alpha" option selected, located in {Suit & Hellcycle / Hellcycle / Textures (Without Alpha)} folder.
Open the extracted "handling.cfg" and "vehicles.ide" files then replace the FREEWAY lines with the lines in "Hellcycle Handling.txt" located in {Hellcycle} folder.

4.) Fire Power
Open the IMG Tool and locate the extracted "gta3.img" then Add all the files located in {Fire Power} folder. Don't forget to rebuild the Archive!

5.) Ghost Rider's Hellire Chain
Open the IMG Tool and locate the extracted "gta3.img" then find and replace the "katana.dff" and "sword.ifp" with the files located in {Ghost Rider's Weapons / Hellfire Chain} folder. Don't forget to rebuild the Archive!

6.) Ghost Rider's Hellfire Shotgun
Open the IMG Tool and locate the extracted "gta3.img" then find and replace the "shotgspa.dff" with the file located in {Ghost Rider's Weapons / Hellfire Shotgun / Hellfire Shotgun Model} folder. Don't forget to rebuild the Archive!
Open the TXD Tool and locate the extracted "txd" folder. After opening it you will see the "txd.txt" file, open it then Add the .png files with "With Alpha" and the "Without Alpha" option selected, located in {Ghost Rider's Weapons / Hellfire Shotgun / With Alpha ~ Without Alpha} folder.

7.) CLEO Scripts
Move all the files in the {CLEO} folder to your {Android / data / com.rockstargames.gtasa} folder.

8.) Miscellaneous Files
Moves the files in {Extra Files} folder to your {Android / data / com.rockstargames.gtasa / files / data}. These files will hide the Hellcycle and change its color into Black and many more functions. Create the folders if you don't have it.

9.) Moving The Extracted Files
Move the extracted and modified files to :
A.) gta3.img {Android / data / com.rockstargames.gtasa / files / texdb}
B.) txd {Android / data / com.rockstargames.gtasa / files / texdb}
C.) handling.cfg {Android / data / com.rockstargames.gtasa / files / data}
D.) vehicles.ide {Android / data / com.rockstargames.gtasa / files / data}
Create the folders if you don't have them.

10.) All Done
Don't forget to double check to make sure you do the things correctly.

Activation :
Open CLEO Menu then select the "ghost rider" script to turn into Ghost Rider.
Open CLEO Menu then select the "water drive" script and click the check icon in the upper left screen to drive on water.
Open CLEO Menu then select the "Weapon Selector" script then select "Hell Chain" to spawn the chain.
Open CLEO Menu then select the "Weapon Selector" script then select "Hellfire Shotgun" to spawn the shotgun.
Open CLEO Menu then select the "wallride" script then press the "✅" icon to perform a wallride.
Touch 1 & 4 to turn back to normal.
Touch 1 & 9 to spawn the Hellcycle.
Touch 1 to turn On Death Ride.
Touch 4 to turn Off Death Ride.
Fire Power Activation : 2 + 4
Fire Release : 2 + 6
Flame Throw : 2 + 7
Meteorite Summon : 3 + 8
Flame Throw v2 : 2 + 9
Fire Breath : 2 + 8 (Still buggy)
Fire Summon : 3 + 5 (Still buggy)
Deactivate : 2 + 5
3 + 4 - Still buggy, don't use.
3 + 6 - Still buggy, don't use.
3 + 7 - Still buggy, don't use.
3 + 9 - Still buggy, don't use.

Note :
Don't use Fire Power mod when entering the Hellcycle or it will crash!. First, disable the Fire Power script then enter the Hellcycle. The Fire Power script is still in beta, there are some errors on it but i'm still finding a stable port.

G.) peds.ide - Mutes character so it won't be corny with that shitty voice of CJ.

Glitches / Bugs you may encounter :

Problem : Ghost Rider's colors are plain white.
Solution : Open again the TXD Tool and re-import the textures but this time select the "With Alpha" option.

Problem : Hellcycle's colors are plain white.
Solution : Open again the TXD Tool and re-import the textures but this time select the "With Alpha" option.

Problem : No flames in the Head of Ghost Rider / Bike.
Solution : Download any Android Version of Overdose Effect.

Problem : Lag, Low FPS / Slow Gameplay
Solution : The Overdose Effect is causing the problem. You can reduce the lag by deleting the popcycle.dat

Problem : Frequent game crashes
Solution : Try removing some of your mods. The Game get heavy when there are lots of mods installed. If not, try deleting the modified handling.cfg and vehicles.ide files.
