Easy Car Generator ( with an extremely configurable .ini)

This is a CLEO mod, which allows you to spawn a Vehicle at your favourite place. It has an extremely configurable .ini file in which you can alter the following,

= The Vehicle model ID.
= The Primary Color of the Vehicle.
= The Secondary Color of the Vehicle.
= Recognition by Cops.
= Locking of the Doors.
= X Position of the Vehicle.
= Y Position of the Vehicle.
= Z Position of the Vehicle.
= Car Generation.

- More info is given in the .ini file itself.
