This modification adds a homeless party to the dump.
Local shops have audited and thrown out the missing food. On this occasion the homeless people decided to have a party.

At the homeless party there are more than 50 people.
Pizza and boxes of food are scattered all over the dump.
The bottles are scattered.
Added new garbage (including cars)
In the hangar is someone's wheelchair.
Added burning urns, near which they are heated.
Some people are already drunk and lying around.
Some still drink, others will eat, some are smoking, others are dancing and talking.
