Rifle on Hip.IFP

After digging in the files of an old computer of mine, I found a miracle... the "poor skill professional" Rifle Animation I've been looking for, for so long. Who would've thought it was right under my nose all this time? I feel like a blind fool.

What does this mod do?

Once CJ/Player reaches the Maximum skill with the M4 and AK-47, he keeps shooting from his hip rather than taking the weapon to his shoulder like he usually does, giving him a more "Gangster" feeling.
