Originally I was planning to discard it and convert cs_xrio (which is an improved version of it with CS:S assets) as the original author gave permission to anyone willing to (imgur.com/py3XuIE), but I didn't have time to and hence I'm publishing the old version here.

Feel free to make any improvements.
