= reflection update and some other things

the best P1 GTR now also compatible on mobile.

= converted the IVF lights to SA lights
= now supports SA colors (car body only)
= reflection amount increased, still looks good with or without graphics mods
= removed tire reflection
= removed custom damage
= unique texture names
= seperated the dff's parts to prevent exceeding 20k polys, no more black cleo
