1. To Install this mod you need OpenIV.
OpenIV : https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/openiv

2. With OpenIV go to GTAV directory and open the update folder

3. Make sure to backup the update.rpf

4. open update.rpf and go to common/data/

5. Enter edit mode

6. Export Handling.meta

7. Open,Put Handling Line, and import back

8. You are good to go !!
