Temporary Gameconfig Fix for WOV and Add-on Cars

This is a temporary fix of Gameconfig.xml that allows support for limitless add-on cars/peds while having compatibility with World of Variety. This looks like has been a plague by some mod users for some time until now, after Cass released WoV version 8.0 for game version 1.0.1868.0 (online 1.50). I managed to tinker around some lines that differ from other gameconfigs that released for this game version and increased the limit accordingly.

Recently on picking some gameconfigs, I found out that the majority of them crashed the game after "Loading Story Mode" text when you start the game with gameconfigs other than WoV itself. However, the drawback of WoV's gameconfig is that you cannot add more cars or peds that WoV, IVPack, or both, allows. I decided to tinker around with some gameconfigs and made a "mix and match" on it.

Please note that I will take down this mod until users who made gameconfigs have updated it to support major mods like WoV, map mods, and others, or if you are asking me to take down this mod upon your request.
