2. Export OpenIV X: \ Grand Theft Auto V \ update \ update.rpf \ common \ data \ dlclist.xml use Notepad to open the file and add the following line dlcpacks: \ ST \ Item>
3. The game changer input ST brush

I follow all the steps in description to install it but for unknow reason cars don't appear ingame and I can't spawn it by vehicle spawner !!
any idea ?
