Important: To activate mod, change car color to silver or white or any lighter color, To get a darker shade of green, go with a darker color. This is my 2 Fast 2 Furious Skin for the Mitsubushi Lancer. Like the original, it replaces Sultan.

Open OpenIV and browse to
update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
Replace the files with the ones in my rar.

If the car doesn't have the correct color, just respawn it.
