Note Do not republish without Permission or Edit.

Installions:
1) Make a backup of x64e.rpf in the GTA V root directory.
2) In OpenIV, navigate to Gta V > x64e.rpf > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf
3) Enable Edit mode, drag and drop blimp.ytd and blimp+hi.tyd, replacing both files.
4) Close OpenIV, there is no need to rebuild archive.

Recommend Use OpenIV for Install....
