enhanced blood splatter, there's not enough blood for you so i managed to put the blood splatter from the neck to all weapons and body zones, enjoy!

be sure to backup the "bloodfx" file from common/data/effects

Installation:

drag or copy the common folder to your gta iv or EFLC directory: example C:/progam files(x86)/Grand Theft Auto IV

Uninstall: replace "bloodfx" from common/data/effects from your gta iv or EFLC directory with the original.
