Winter HUD

Changes the in-game HUD's colors to white & grey, to match the winter theme when playing with snow mods. Only works for HD displays, cannot be used on CRT displays.

To install, extract the archive's contents into either; "update" folder (for CE users), or "GTAIV" folder where GTAIV.exe is located (for preCE users).
