Open Windows of Francis' Office

This mod makes the outside windows of Francis office in the police station transparent.
The interior windows were misaligned with the exterior ones, so I had to edit the interior as you see in the video.
It only misses Francis' desk and chair because they're cutscene props and only spawn during cutscenes.
