Buzzard for GTA 4 Original

I make this mod for my own GTA 4 but I like to share it, because I know someone are looking for this mod, just like me few day ago :)
It not replace anything, just add Buzzard from EFLC to GTA 4 original, minigun and rocket are working, Please follow Readme.txt
