GTA VC Nextgen Edition OG Weapon Performance

I just edited the weaponinfo.xml so they were closer to the OG game, and yes, the spas shreds.
I buffed the damage of many weapons, and balanced some, for example, like the ruger does more damage than the m4 but the m4 has better distance, and the m60 has a lot more damage but it has less range than both of them.
