[III] Secret Ferries to Travel Islands

A mod that restores the cut feature of using Ferries. This mod does not port the whole system from LCS to GTA III. According to the lore, Ferries are shutdown because of Goverment wanted to shut it down. So these bums/fishermans can be found in specific places of the map (each city has 1, Staunton Island has 2) to travel from Island to Island. Just like Subways.
