San Andreas Tanker + Trailer [Trucking MOD] (v.1)

- This MVL mod (a 5 years work) is just like GTA San Andreas Trucking MOD
* TANKER = A drive vehicle
* PETROTR = A drive vehicle [SOMETIME / NO SPAWN ON ROAD]

- Problems
* Only the player can tow
* The RANDOM drivers CAN'T
* if you reach the MAX SPEED of the vehicle... you see a BUG
