Version 2.0: Traction values have been overhauled based on what I learned from working on SA.

Drive Vice is all about finding a balance between realism and fun. I've also sought to fix a lot of frustrating issues with the original driving physics, like cars being excessively bouncy and tipsy, too much grip and oversteer being difficult to control. That said, I've tried to balance that with maintaining the game's original character as well. So, for example, the Landstalker is notoriously tipsy and that's part of the vehicle's character, so I made it a little more stable, but you can still tip it if you're not careful. I've made the sports cars less darty and touchy because that always bothered me. Another issue with the original handling was that some cars had the brake bias way too far back, causing you to spin out unless you braked perfectly straight. I've tried to make that as neutral as possible for most cars. I've also made the cars generally more durable across the board. All cars have the correct drive-wheels setup. I also tweaked some cars' ride heights where I felt appropriate.

Bikes and aircraft have also been improved. I've introduced oversteer on the Freeway/Angel and made it handle like the heavier bike it is. Unfortunately oversteer is not very controllable with bikes, so you have to be careful. Sport bikes aren't changed too much, just some tweaks. Aircraft are generally made less touchy so that they have a feeling of proper weight to them. I also fixed an issue with them swinging back in the other direction after you roll them to one side.

Another change I made was to reduce the uprooting force of lamp posts that line the streets because it always drove me up a wall how even nicking one of them would send you spinning out of control. Unfortunately, making them weaker was about all I could do because it's really a problem with the physics system. I also eliminated the issue where cardboard boxes would slow your car down; they now offer no resistance, as they should. Wooden boxes and road signs are similarly weakened so they don't throw your car out of control or slow it down. Almost every destructible object has been edited, but some are just too glitchy to be properly fixed (they can still snag on the ground and stop your car like a brick wall sometimes). Nothing I can do about that, sorry.

Update 2.0: Traction values overhauled.
Update 1.1: Improved the handling of the Stinger.
