Freight Both Ways

Freight trains now travel both ways so you can ride one out to the desert
if you want.

This makes sense because freight trains would use a turntable to travel
back and fourth

use Open IV and add my traintracks.xml into:

common.rpf /data/levels/gta5/

close file.
