Realistic Vehicle Damage

This mod makes the vehicle damage a little more realistic. All vehicle Deformation and Collision values are set to 4x.
Engine damage is set to 2x.

Instructions
You NEED OpenIV 2.6.
1. Open OpenIV
2. Enable edit mode
3. Go to /update > update.rpf > /common > /data
4. Drag handling.meta from downloaded folder, into this location.
5. Click File > Rebuild, make sure update.rpf is selected and click Rebuild.
6. Wait for it to complete, and you're done. Exit OpenIV and load GTA!
