San Andreas Cinematic Sound Effects

Well, everyone knows what standart san andreas has very low quality illegible sounds.
This mod fixes this and created for purely new gameplay experience.

Features:

- Enviroment loops, impacts, debris, weapon shots, explosions, collision sounds in 44100khz without clicks, noises and troubles in audio stream
- Car sounds in 28000 kh/z (it's really enough) designed by rev tool
- All GENRL sounds replaced and tested by me
- Every audio file was edited and processed
- All PAIN_A sounds (exluded CJ bank)
