DESCRIPTION

This 1994 Chevrolet Caprice LCPD Patrol is based on the 1994 Chevrolet Caprice NYPD Patrol cars.
Every little detail is based on the patrol car from the 90's.
The Emergency Lighting System setup is accurately based on the 1994 Chevrolet Caprice NYPD Patrol as well.
This mod requires ELS V8 DROT in order to function properly. A police.ini file has been added for proper functioning.
A handling line has been added to make the vehicle drive more realistic.
It is not required to install this handling line, but it is recommended.
NOTE: Rotators will only work if you install the vehicle on the police or police2 slot, else the vehicle will not function as it was designed for.

INSTALLATION
Put the police.wft and police.wtd into your vehicles.img
Make sure you have Emergency Lighting Mod V8 installed
Install the police.ini file in the ELS map found in your directory
Replace the ''File = default_config'' to ''File = police'' in your ''_SLOTCONTROL'' found in the ELS map in your game directory

Handling installation: open handling.ide, found here: Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVcommondatahandling.ide
Replace the POLICE handling line with the handling line found in the added HANDLING.txt file
