Pedestrian Best Quality

Installation Steps
1- Open IMG Pro and look where it was installed your gta vice city.
2- make click on the sign that says "addd ..." and look for the folder "Gta Vice City Pedestrian Best Quality".
3- and select all files in the folder and make click on "Replace" and ready and has to pedestrians with better quality.
