Project.IFP 3.0 (Final)

This version is my last and final release of this mod. Though I would've loved to continue this mod further, there's nothing left to improve now other than more CLEO mods which I would not like to mess with. This is the perfect release of my mod, and I am quite proud of making such a proper release of animations which are probably the best bug-free animations in the world. Anyways, this release contains some tweaks to the weapon animations, some other ones and better ragdoll effects (They won't slide everywhere and would react to the floor like GTA IV). This won't be the end for my animation mods however since I'll start experimenting with 3DS Max and try to edit the animations to make them look good. If I succeed, then I'll upload a new release.
