Installation
Simply replace the "supergt.dff" and "supergt.txd" in your GTA3.img with the ones included in this download using an IMG Editor like SPARK

To have the optional moving steering wheel, you need CLEO 4, simply drop the "steering.cs" file into the CLEO folder, located in your SA Install directory
